Odyssey Culture & Conduct Workshop programmes develop leaders and managers with the capability, skills and confidence to identify, and appropriately address, conduct related issues at an early stage before they impact culture and create organisational risk.
What we bring
We understand that small behavioural acts can have lasting impact on the cultural health of a team and organisation. Culture is shaped by everyday actions and behaviours—and equally by avoidance and silence.
Our deep understanding of the regulatory environment including the rules around non-financial misconduct, combined with our legal experience and behavioural expertise enables us to design workshops that are commercially grounded, evidence-based and genuinely impactful. We ensure managers are equipped to discharge their responsibilities with confidence, clarity and consistency, and that the learning sticks.
Our approach
We are particularly experienced partnering with regulated industries, specifically financial services and legal firms, and understand the commercial, regulatory and cultural pressures that shape decision-making in highly regulated environments. We recognise the legal risks associated with misconduct and the potential outcomes for both organisations and individuals when behaviours are unaddressed.
We focus on the behavioural realities: how managers operate under pressure, how misconduct emerges in grey areas and how leadership signals shape culture and risk outcomes.
Our workshops move managers and leaders beyond awareness to embedding accountability, capability and consistency in day-to-day leadership practices. Through relevant, realistic scenarios, we strengthen managers’ ability to:
- Spot conduct risk early
- Apply sound judgement in ambiguous situations
- Intervene confidently and appropriately
- Role‑model the behaviours that reinforce a healthy culture
We work closely with you to ensure that the training meets the expectations of the range of stakeholders interested in its success: legal, risk, compliance, and the business itself.

Client case study
Our investment banking client engaged us to facilitate a series of workshops for its manager population. There was a growing sense that whilst managers understood their need to be accountable, they felt uncomfortable and in practice ill-equipped to tackle the challenging conversations required when inappropriate or problematic behaviour occurred. Managers felt particularly unsure how to reset the cultural expectations with their team navigating trust, confidentiality and psychological safety.
Our workshops brought a human lens to these issues. They were highly practical, focused on impact rather than intent, and used scenarios to surface risk, identify moments for intervention and build the skills to address the necessary discussions with those that might be impacted.
If it would be helpful to speak to one of our clients about the experience their leaders have in our Culture & Conduct programmes then please let us know.
