You can’t explore the oceans unless you know where you are and where you want to go. Odyssey Discovery is a deep dive into how your people feel. Our independence and ability to create trust and safety means we can gather valuable data that truly is your employee voice.
Your discovery stage might include coaching and mentoring your leaders to uncover what they need, and team listening groups to explore what life is really like on the seabed! We’ll analyse whether your culture is up to the challenge of delivering the behaviours needed and guide you strategically.

Whether your leaders are “rising stars”, steady “rockstars” or “superstars”, we’ll create a bespoke and supportive programme to develop leadership capability over the timescale you need. We don’t believe the jewels of the ocean are discovered after a 90-minute boat trip! During the Odyssey Evolve stage there will be a blend of one to one executive coaching and mentoring, group coaching and training, self-led learning and peer to peer reflection.

We get that it's important to see return on investment for leadership development programmes. We also get that measuring the impact can be tricky. We work with our clients from the very beginning to map out how we can measure the impact of our journey over a period of time by deciding on key metrics and impact assessment tools. This will also be a bespoke part of the Odyssey journey.
