We are intentionally committed to staying small. We do not want to be big and cumbersome - on the contrary we want to remain agile, flexible and responsive - as this will help us to experience continual growth and joy.

We continue to grow and evolve on a personal and professional level. These are the ingredients to prevent stagnation and complacency. We recognise that we are not the finished article (and bever will be) and we're okay with that!

We want our work to bring us joy, with depth and breadth. Work can be challenging and at times intimidating, but ultimately it should be joyful. We want to bring this to everything we do.
